The risk score is additive and capped at 100:

risk = min(100, whois + dns + redirect + content + reputation + ct)

• WHOIS (max 30): expiry risk and registrar/nameserver changes.
• DNS (max 20): baseline DNS drift and missing resolution.
• Redirect (max 30): unreachable endpoints, redirect changes, domain mismatch.
• Content (max 20): phishing/malware/scam and other unsafe categories.
• Reputation (max 20): threat matches and provider availability signal.
• CT (max 10): unexpected new certificates.

Bands: critical >= 80, high >= 60, medium >= 40, low >= 20, info < 20.
